1. Eligibility for Returns/Exchange

  • Returns or exchanges are accepted only for damaged, defective or incorrect orders.
  • Returns must be made within 2 calendar days of delivery by emailing booqland@gmail.com with order details and photos of the issue.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Books that have been read, damaged after delivery, or are not in their original condition.
  • Clearance or promotional items unless damaged on arrival.

3. Process

  • Once approved, items will be picked up or exchanged within 3-5 business days.
  • Refunds (if applicable) are issued via original payment method or store credit.
